• Manage your member account and authenticate your identity

• Calculate and display Stoke Dust scores within the camp community
• Display your location on the member map (if you provide it)
• Facilitate camp communication via chat, discussions, and comments
• Process camp fee payments and fundraiser donations
• Improve the Site and member experience

Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment information on our servers. Payment processing is handled entirely by these third-party providers, subject to their respective privacy policies.

We may store transaction records (amount, date, purpose) for camp bookkeeping purposes.

We use the following browser storage mechanisms:

We retain your account data for as long as your membership is active. If your account is deactivated or deleted, we will remove your personal profile information. Some content (chat messages, discussion posts, media) may be retained for community continuity.

Payment transaction records are retained for bookkeeping and tax purposes as required by law.

You have the right to:

• Access — View your personal data through your profile page
• Correction — Update your information via your profile settings
• Deletion — Delete your account through your profile page or by contacting camp leadership
• Portability — Request a copy of your data by contacting camp leadership
